Thank you for shopping at Ruby Emporium, we hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can view our return and exchange policy.
All return procedures need to be initiated within 7 days of receiving your product. Items can be
returned for an exchange if they are damaged or defective. The following will be eligible for returns
The product is damaged or defective.
The product/s delivered is not what you ordered.
At Ruby Emporium we do not accept the following reasons for returns:
You changed your mind and no longer want a certain product.
The product looks different from images on the website.
You do not like the product.
To return a product, contact Ruby Emporium at {info@rubyemporium.co.za} with the details of your order and reason for return. To facilitate a quick return procedure, include the following in your email:
Your order number,
proof of purchase,
reason for return and,
pictures of damaged / defective stock if applicable.
Please note that returns sent to us without logging a return request will not be accepted.
Once your return request has been evaluated by a Ruby Emporium employee, you will receive communication form Ruby Emporium on the following steps you can take. You can mail the product back to Ruby Emporium at 19 Cowley Road, Bryanston, Gauteng, 2074. Include the product, its original packaging, proof of purchase, and the Return Authorization Number sent to you by a Ruby Emporium employee.
You will be solely responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we have received your return package, your product will be exchanged to the same value as your original purchase.
