Shipping policy

Orders will only be processed during the week. No orders will be processed over weekends or public holidays. Orders can take 3 to 5 working days to be processed. Delivery is only available in South Africa.

You are responsible for the courier costs. The cost will be automatically calculated at checkout. Rest assured that we strive to bring you the most cost effective and efficient courier!

Once your order has been processed and picked up by the courier, delivery time will depend on your area of delivery and the courier company. We do not offer delivery to areas outside of South Africa.

Delivery times for the following areas are:
Gauteng: [2-3] working days

Remote areas: [3-5] working days

You will be able to track your order via a tracking number supplied on pick up of your order. We are not responsible for failure of delivery in the case of non-payment, inaccuracies ITO delivery addresses, strikes, or acts of God.
